Lately, I've been aiming to be healthier. My New Year's resolution perhaps.My goals (just to name a few):

A few apps I've been using:
Samsung Health
Google Fit
I recommend these apps because they are super easy to use and adaptable to your needs and there's frequent reminders and pop-ups of helpful information which keeps me on track.
I log my daily food and water intake 𓌉◯𓇋
Both apps track your activity level.
Today I connected my Samsung Wearable watch to my phone for the first time (I have a Samsung Galaxy S23+). You don't necessarily need a mobile plan. All data is automatically synced through Bluetooth.
